SirsI write this with disappointment and praise. My disappointment rests with my insurance company with whom I have been with for about fifty years. I have never had a problem with USAA ever until beginning on 5 May when the damage to our siding through at least two storms accrued enough that something had to be done and we were pleased to have had Noah Williams and All-Side Roofing and Restoration to work with us. However, USAA’s representative was so lax and refused to respond to our calls and e-mails and I discovered that Noah Williams had an even greater problem with USAA and their representative.I want to let you know that my praise of Noah Williams and the secretary Decelys and the dedication to follow through with both me and USAA was exemplary.I know that your company had to have lost money and time dealing with my insurance and hope that, in the end, you will be blessed to recoup as a result of your due diligence to your business.Thank you very much.Very respectfully,Bruce Thomspon

Ten years ago, I had a roof leak and a bad experience with the insurance company’s person. This time, I chose my roof repairman after reporting tiles falling off the roof. The day I selected Noah at Allside Roofing was auspicious for me. Initially, they only intended to replace the tiles, and then repair a quarter of the roof. However, Noah and his team were aware of Ohio construction rules, so six months later, they paid for a new roof. Noah also installed new siding after noticing damage from a recent storm on our siding. There was an issue with the gutter installation, but after speaking with Noah, it was resolved to my satisfaction. I would choose them again and suggest them to any who needs work done on their house. Thanks again, Noah.Here are some before and after photos.

Noah and his team were wonderful to work with.They were very good about returning my phone calls, no matter how many times I called (I called a lot)!! They made in insurance process so much easier. With Noah’s help we were able to get a new roof, siding, gutters and window casings. Unfortunately, there were a few bumps along the way. The manufacturer of the siding was at fault. Noah helped us work through the warranty process to get approved for the full replacement. While it was frustrating for everyone involved, it was finally approved and they did a wonderful job on the second install as well. I highly recommend All-Side!
